The Road to (Outer)Nowhere (Space)

It was about 4 A.M when I was awakened by a blast outside. I got up, looked out my window and saw a bright light in the sky; then, suddenly pieces of blue metal start falling from the sky in trajectories that defy all physics known to man. I thought to myself, this is it, this is the end, but then a piece of silver metal in the shape of a star passed right next to me, it was when I realized it could only be ( ). I just hope he halts in graciousness...
